Our rates are the same whether we come on a Wednesday morning or a Saturday afternoon. We do not add weekend or evening surcharges. Our Saturday hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, so we can accommodate homeowners who can’t be home during the work week.
The gate’s symptoms are the most important thing: what it’s doing, when it started, and whether it’s a swing gate, slide gate, or overhead system. If you know the operator brand, like DoorKing or Elite, that helps us stock the right parts. Photos of the problem are useful too, though not required.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due when the work is complete and you’ve inspected the repair. We do not ask for deposits on standard gate repairs. For larger access control installations, we offer a payment schedule tied to project milestones, documented in writing under Clause 1 of The Haven Standard.
